Target groups Mitarbeiter_innen von Altenpflegeeinrichtungen
Description In einer Gruppe, aus dem Bereich der Altenpflege, erarbeitet sich jeder Teilnehmer seine ganz persönliche Kompetenzbiografie, beleuchtet bereits erworbene Kompetenzen und plant darauf aufbauend die nächsten Schritte seiner beruflichen Zukunft. Der komplette Prozess wird durch einen Coach begleitet und angeleitet.
Methods/
instruments		 Die Teilnehmer arbeiten mit Fragebögen, Selbstbeschreibungen, Selbstanalyse, Reflexion und Feedback von Dritten.
Target Die Teilnehmer sind sich ihrer aktuellen Kompetenzen bewusst geworden und können ihren zukünftigen Weg besser planen.
Time need  The required time refers to the participant.
How much time must be included into the realisation plan by the participant 		ca. 16 Unterrichtsstunden
