Target groups Bewerber für einen Ausbildungsplatz mit mittlerem und höherem Schulabschluss (A) oder Hauptschulabschluss (B) oder Entscheider, die eine Auswahl zwischen Bewerbern treffen müssen
Description Der Auswahltest versteht sich als Entscheidungshilfe, der über die beruflichen Interessen von Bewerbern und ihre Schlüsselqualifikationen Auskunft gibt.
Methods/
instruments		 Psychometrischer Test: Fragebogen mit geschlossenen Fragen, die entweder online oder in Papierform bearbeitet werden können. Die Fragen behandeln die Bereiche Schlüsselqualifikationen (Persönlichkeit und Verhalten), berufliche Ziele und Motive, berufliche Interessen, Intelligenzleistung (sprachliches Verständnis, rechnerisches Denken, Problemlösefähigkeit und Konzentrationsleistung).
