Darüber hinaus sollen mit dem KEP zielgenau die sozialen, methodischen, handlungsbezogenen und persönlichen Kompetenzen für berufliche, verbandliche und private Zwecke gefördert und erweitert werden. KEP zielt auf eine systematische und transparente Auswahl von Fortbildungsmodulen.
