Description Das Verfahren eröffnet die Möglichkeit, ein persönliches Kompetenzprofil zu erstellen. Dabei werden Fähigkeiten, Kompetenzen und Schlüsselqualifikationen aus allen Lebens- und Arbeitsbereichen dokumentiert, bestätigt und vom Anbieter anerkannt.
Methods/
instruments		 Modul 1 als Gruppenangebot mit 4 Workshops zu Orientierung, Potentialerhebung und Kompetenzbilanz, persönlichem Profil und Zielkonzept sowie Umsetzungsplanung.
Modul 2 als Gruppen-Assessment zur Beurteilung sozialer und kommunikativer Kompetenzen (Fakultative Vertiefungsmöglichkeit)
Target Persönliches Kompetenzportfolio,
Zertifikat über Fähigkeit zu eigenständigem Kompetenz-Management,
Ergebniszusammenfassung durch die Trainer/-innen (auf Wunsch)
Time need  The required time refers to the participant.
How much time must be included into the realisation plan by the participant 		20 Stunden Präsenz, ca. 20 Stunden Eigenarbeit. Fakultatives Assessment: 8 Stunden.
Licencing Das Modul 1 wird nach den Anforderungen des CH-Q durchführt.
