Description | Metodika sukurta vykdant Europos Bendrijos iniciatyv? EQUAL (2005–2008). Sukurta metodika leidžia kaimo bendruomen?s nariams ?sivertinti verslumo kompetencij?, pasidaryti kompetencij? aplank?, sukurti savo verslo projekt?. Žmon?s gauna savo žini? ?rodym? – dokument?, did?ja j? motyvacija kurti savo versl? ar ieškoti darbo. Vertinimo metodika – praktin? ir edukacin? programa, kurios metu pretendentai ruošiasi verslumo kompetencij? ?vertinimui/?sivertinimui, padedant andragogams konsultantams, atlieka praktin? darb? (rengia verslo projekt?), sudaro kompetencij? aplank? ir dalyvauja vertinant. Atsakydami ? klausimyno klausimus, ?sivertina savo stiprybes kurti numatyt? versl?, išanalizuoja, kokius dalykus reikia tobulinti, koki? s?lyg? jiems reikia asmeniškai norint užsidirbti gyvenant namuose ir kokie išoriniai pavojai gali pakenkti j? verslui. |
