Target Eine detaillierte Diagnose der individuellen Personenmerkmale (Persönlichkeit, kognitive Fähigkeiten, Interessen und Biografie) entwirft ein Personenprofil, das die individuellen Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten widerspiegelt.
Die Rückmeldung erfolgt in Form eines schriftlichen Gutachtens, je nach Einsatzfeld bis hin zur Empfehlung passender Berufe.
